Systems your way, delivered to your door.
Think like a Designer, and build your visual-first systems one letter at a time.
About the Club 🐌
The Systems by Design snail mail club is a fun monthly letter experience delivered to your mailbox to help you think like a designer and build intentional, visual-first systems, all without adding more noise to your email.
Each month, you’ll receive a collectible systems prompt card featuring original artwork that I've commissioned from fellow artists, along with exclusive stickers and a personal newsletter from me delivered right to your mailbox.
Every prompt is thoughtfully curated to help you step back and see what’s really going on, pinpoint what needs to be improved next, and approach your business the way a designer would.
There's no design experience required 😉…just a willingness to see your business differently!

What's Included?

ABOUT THE FOUNDER
Hi there, I'm Mekayla!
Your friendly neighborhood Systems Strategist who is passionate about helping Solopreneurs and Founders with small teams visualize and design systems that align with how you actually work. My goal is to help you get everything out of your head and onto paper (including the tangled mess of your business operations) so you can see what's working, what's not, and finally build a repeatable and shareable business system.
